The Williamson Translational Research Building is located on the campus of Dartmouth-Hitchock Medical Center, and allows for easy collaboration between biomedical scientists and clinicians. The work performed here helps support the integration of research discoveries into patient care.

Cormerstone was hired to commission this project, which consisted of the construction of a new six-story building plus a penthouse, totaling 162,115 square feet.  The interior spaces include research laboratories, imaging suites, lab support space, vivarium and pathology spaces, an auditorium, and office and conference spaces.  The research lab spaces are comprised of 39 wet laboratory modules.  An additional aspect of the project scope included the expansion of the multi-story connector between Building 5 and Building 8.
