Our Ideal Candidate
The successful Senior Commissioning Specialist / Engineer candidate will have ten + years of construction project management experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and building automation systems, including design, controls systems integration and implementation, troubleshooting, testing, adjusting, balancing and facility operations. If you love being hands-on with building automation controls commissioning and equipment start-up, this is a great opportunity for you.
- You’re an excellent communicator and troubleshooter; you pay attention to details.
- Project management and leadership experience are a must.
- You’re a self-starter and don’t require a lot of hand-holding to get the job done correctly.
- You should be hands-on, with a “go the extra mile” mindset.
- Having a PE license is a plus, but not required.
- Electrical systems experience is a plus.
